Very disappointed seeing as the technician let me leave the establishment with visible hair and wax!! On my face. I would of hoped that the waxing service the establishment provided would have been executed with a lot more care and attention to detail seeing as it is 13.00$ for a brow wax and 11.00$ for a lip wax. I’m not sure if time was the issue but I would of been happy to wait as long as they needed to literally just get my brows and lip waxed PROPERLY. If only they would have told me they couldn’t perform the service at the current moment but instead they did a half a**ed job and took my money. I should of known when they technician didn’t even give me a mirror to look at the wax job after... Now I’m out of 24$ and stuck going to another wax technician to finish the job the Masquerade Salon did not. Sad to see them care to little about potential long term clients. Rule of thumb Madquerade salon do not let customers leave with chunks of wax on their face.

I've had haircuts by stylist from many different countries. I love exploring and trying out local salons when I travel to big cities, to name a few: Paris, London-UK and Hong Kong (Sometimes it's a hit and miss). I definitely hit a jackpot with this one, Ashley styled and cut my hair with confidence and with care. You will probably will not find another like her in the Ontario region.

the hair salon is a dump the hair dresser if you want to call her that is crappy with describing what the cost is as a result of what she is doing ... she doesn't know blonde if it hit her in the face the owner after complaining did nothing to better it ... horrible DONT GO and whatever you do if Ashley Rose answers hang up she sucks at her job !!

This is the first bad review I have ever written. If I could give zero stars I would. Owner was extremely racist, I will never go there again. She kept referring to me as you people. She also asked me what my ethnic origin is and was giving me attitude because I wasn't white. I am still upset by the racism I endured from her and none of the other staff told her that her comments were bigotry, her behaviour was hurtful, and unprofessional (I guess she could get away with it because she was the owner).
