Sometimes the customer service is good. Sometimes they're rude. When I need help I have to walk around the maze to find someone but when I don't need help they are following me around like I'm suspicious. I don't wear make up often so I'm sure I don't look like I belong but still it is very obvious and awkward. Half the time they don't have what I want or it is out of stock for a long time. I've had products described to me but were not as described. So I wouldn't depend on them for that. My last experience the employees were really nice and a little informative on the products, promotions and return policy. It's very expensive there, they have a coupon online and via mail but many items don't qualify. Like the stuff on the left of the store or perfumes. You have to do research online to know for sure. And they are ALWAYS out of the promotional gifts you get with your purchase. I just wish they were more welcoming of all types here and kept items in stock. It would be a bonus if I could use my coupons on any product they sell.

This store lacks customer service skills. I'm currently on crutches and came in the store to purchase a small item. I asked if they carry the charcoal masks that peel off, they named the brand's they have but no one bother to ask if they could bring them over to show me, not like walking around was something I could easily do. I decided to just pay for what I had and not bother with them anymore.

Sounds like new management is necessary...no matter what high profile venue you have, if customers are generally not served by folks who would prefer not to deal with people and take a paycheck to get out of there...would probably take the Trump approach...you're fired! Seems to work nationwide

I was helped by an amazing women! I had my eye on the it cosmetics CC cream and the new philosophy cc cream. And she shade matched me and none of the shades suited my skin tone, I was so upset because I wanted one of them. However she suggested me the urban decay one and done in medium dark and it was the PERFECT shade match! I was absolutely amazed of the fact she got it down the first try! Plus it was a couple dollars cheaper than the other two cc creams! She was so nice and helpful and understood my situation. Will definitely be going back :)
