Be wary if your time is valuable. As others have noted, there doesn't seem to be an actual line or order they'll get to you. I went in yesterday for a haircut, all the hairdressers were busy, but I was the only one in the waiting area, and the person working the desk asked me what I wanted, I said a haircut. She indicated that they'd get to me soon. So I assumed I was next. A little later, about the time that one of them was finishing up and so I thought I'd be next, a woman walked in with her son. She went to the person up front, and it was clear that they were friends. She asked if she had an appointment, and she said 'no', the desk person said 'oh, so a walk in?', and then bam, that person got in ahead of me. If you're friends with the person working the front, then I guess this place is 5 stars. If not, and if you care about your time, then maybe try somewhere else. It's too bad. I was there once before, and got a pretty good haircut, and so went back this time even though it's not very close to where I live. Oh well, the search for a reliable good place to get a haircut continues.
