More money, less respect

I have been coming to J Joseph salon for years. Every time I found someone good they left. I have been going to Ashley, but yesterday she was coloring my hair, and was told by a helper that she had a walk in consult. So she stops in the middle of doing my hair and says ,I’ll be back in a minute. 15 minutes later, I get up and go to the lobby and remind her that I’m still sitting there with chemicals on my head. She tells me your fine, just sit down. When she comes back, no apology or anything, just starts lecturing me on how she is the new manager and she has to manage the shop while being double booked and that she was going to keep working this way until she can open her own salon in 2 years. I had an appointment at 9am & was supposed to meet someone at 12:00. I told her this. Again she just continued to justify her actions. At 12:15 I told her I had to leave. So no blow dry, no style. She still charged me $327.00! 😳 I’m done. I had my roots touched up, a highlight, glaze

My daughter had a very specific cut and color in mind. Brenda nailed it! I was so impressed with how much care and precision she used on the cut. The color is absolutely stunning. My daughter is obsessed, and so am I. Already made a follow-up appointment!

I had my hair cut and the roots touched-up by Patience in early February. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and explained to her how my hair stylist at home had done the color. I was so happy with the results! Patience is AMAZING! I’m not often satisfied when I go to someone new to me, but Patience excelled! I LOVE my haircut and the color! I already have my next appointment booked with her. She’s definitely a keeper!

I got my hair done by Annalee Wingate. Would highly recommend going to see her for your hair! She’s super nice and professional. I am super happy with the results of my hair! I will definitely be going back(:

5 stars!!! Brenda B. is the best! She asks all the right questions to make sure you get exactly the results you’re looking for. She is pleasant, kind, and patient throughout the process with just the right amount of chit chat :) Her work is beautiful...a true artist! The salon is clean and all the staff is very professional. Can’t wait to return for my maintenance appointment.

I have just moved from California to Florida and needed a cut and highlights. I requested an appointment online and was quickly called back with an appointment the next day! My Hairstylist was Jeremy and he greated me in the reception area with such a great attitude and made me feel at ease immediately! He spent time with me before doing anything to get an idea of what I wanted. My hair turned out better than I expected and I was glowing with energy once it was done! I have already booked another appointment in June to keep my hair looking great! Totally recommend this Salon to anyone looking for a new hair stylist! Very caring and friendly staff!
