My hair is ruined

Instead of blonde with golden streaks, my hair turned black there and is now dark brown. No restitution.

See Myla for a great cut! My wife and I go once a month and even when sheâ€™s busy she treats us like we are her only customer. She remembers the little things and her blow dry is beyond awesome! Thanks Myla. See ya in a month!!

Very professional, experienced, trained, and friendly hair specialists who do a fantastic job with hair color, hair cuts, and extensions. They sell products for hair and face that are very beneficial yet expensive especially the pureology which love the best! I'm trying out Bare Minerals foundation for the first time and will let you know. The stylists and makeup artists ask what it is that you want and do follow your instructions and offer suggestions if you want to hear them- about hairstyles, colors, etc. Since it is a salon that treat you well and does awesome job, there's a price tag that comes with it that's not really in my budget, though I make exceptions whenever I can since it's my favorite place to go for haircare! I always leave feeling like a new person!

Terrible experience, didnâ€™t know how to cut hair even tho with a picture i provided!! Never went back there.. save your money and try the loft salon in Plainfield..

Overall, just an okay experience. The stylist I had didn't listen to what haircut I wanted and repeatedly kept on trying to sell me products. She even tried to slip in a "sample" product at checkout. Well that "sample" was $10. I promptly told her to take it off my total and take her "sample" back. For future reference, please don't try to pass something off as being free so that you can sneakily get a sale in. It's very disingenuous and your clients will definitely notice.
