No issues first visit in October once started they worked until braids were completed. No time wasted.

First visit with Ben was lengthy due to 1 Braider service, but overall I loved my hair. When I returned for another appointment for a touch up (crown braids) Ben had a new Braider he was orienting 1st day to be exact complete my hair style. Throughout I knew something wasn’t right because of the parting, she never used jam for my edges nothing. Simply she was ptacticing or playing in my hair. I am a firm believer of giving someone a chance to fix there mistake. He never showed compassion at all. So moving forward I will not return, and told all other family members, friends and my coworker that I referred not to either. If I can I will provide pictures from my initial style, to my touch up. I will definitely know the difference between the two.

I have to change my original post I made a hair appointment for August 28 which is a sat and that date was confirmed I get a telephone call from a lady saying you have a appointment today are you coming first she didn't say hello I asked who is this she never answered she says again you have a hair appointment today I told her no I don't my hair appointment is Saturday I have to work so why would I book on a Friday this lady insisted I come in that Friday she was very nasty so I told her just cancel my appointment period I'll go somewhere else
