While the stylists may be great, this facility is out of control. I just called to try to get an appointment, not only was the poor woman coughing her brains out but she kept calling me a “walk in” when trying to make an appointment tonight. I have ZERO clue what a company is doing when they don’t have an internal system on their website for each franchise to allow or enable scheduling for each stylist. If I could give any recommendations it wouldn’t be to have some woman - coughing so hard she had to say excuse me for me a moment, only to claim she had “allergies.” Honestly, I felt sorry for her and I had to politely decline after she said she would have to go to each, individual room, only to ask EACH stylist if they’re available (and even then she has no way to schedule)?
For as little as I needed done before my husband and I fly out of town tomorrow, that was one of the CRAZIEST experiences I have ever had trying to schedule anything.
