Great service!

Great service!! The wait was more than half an hour but worth it, they are really nice with people, and the outcome wonderful. I'll keep coming back.

Poor Service

Service has gone down significantly...closing doors 40 minutes before closing time posted on site and door...they lost a customer for good..ended up going elsewhere

The times of operation say they close at 7 PM, however I stopped on a Saturday at 6:10 and the door was locked. It was empty and the lady signaled to me by waving her hand on her neck that it was closed I assume. There was no reason given and there was two hairstylist with an empty salon. If you guys care about customers reviews can you please respond to my concern. Thanks Thank you.

I love going to Mague, she has cut my hair and my 4yo sons hair and she always does the best! Even though there is a line to see her, it is defiantly worth the wait. I recommend.

I came here to get a 2 inch trim and came out with a bad haircut. I explained to the hairdresser Liz, that "I have a classic bobcut and just want a trim." She told me she understood and started the cut. Half way through, she asked me what to do with the hair in front of my face, and I explained to her again to keep my hairstyle and just trim 2 inches off. She said "Oh.." and continued the cut. I knew from that moment that she messed the haircut up and she didn't even try to fix it. After the whole ordeal, I went up to pay with a card and she roled her eyes at me for not paying in cash. Her service was horrible and I didn't appreciate her mood towards me and my mother. We never misspoke towards her and we treated her very well even though she gave us bad service. My mother was able to somewhat fix my haircut and it was worse than I thought. The haircut that I left with from the salon looked like an uneven ladder instead of a angled stright cut. I would post a picture but I can't figure out how to add one. I hope my review helps.
