Walked in and the ONLY two hair dressers were busy with customers in their chairs. Not one of them even glanced in my direction. So, no biggie, I sit down, I’m just sure one of them will acknowledge me when they have a moment right? WRONG! Got a glance from one but was never even asked if I had been helped but when a woman and her child walked in, they rushed right over and then told me that that woman and her child would be before me even though I had clearly been sitting there long before the woman had came in, to which the woman agreed but at that point it’s like really?! So I just wished them all a happy holiday season and left. Last time I checked my money was just as green as the lady’s with the child but hey maybe I’ve missed a memo or something. Ten+ booths, two stylist with ZERO customer service skills. Can I rate this zero stars?

Supercuts was a really good experience for me I had Nikki as my stylist and she was amazing she was really nice and did a fantastic job on my hair.

Great to get a quick trim! Always have pleasent conversations with the hairdressers. Inexpensive and get the job done, however my haircut is not very complicated so it isnt the best measure.
