Very unhappy. First time customer, l was boderline because of the mixture of reviews but the location was close . The place was not as clean as l hoped. They changed the price but l was ok with that. What l was not ok with was the disregard to my hair. She took out an entire plug of my hair and attempted to blame it on the braid. It was the first braid she was either being lazy or careless ,not paying attention. What was worse one of the other braiders laughed. She apologized but still blamed it on the braid which made the apology null and void. I heard how these type of shops don't care about your hair but was not expecting this. I ended up going to Senaglese African braiders on 6 mile and they had no problems at all taking down my hair. If you care about your hair l would advise you not to come here.

I want to thank Cynthia for excellent work. I had Ghana braids done on the front and box braids done in the back. I brought my own hair, but it wasn't the right color and I'm so glad she had some on hand that matched my hair color. The ladies there are polite, and professional. I am glad I chose them to do my hair. Thank you for a great experience. I will be back again.
