It took over a week to get an appointment here, and I waited because I have an event this weekend. Tonight, I pulled up to their small parking lot in the back and found it all full. So as a courtesy, I called to let the girls know I'm there and ask where else I can park to only have the girl tell me my appointment has been canceled because the stylist is not in tonight. I asked if there was anyone else who can color my hair as today is the only evening I can come in. She said no but can get me an appointment next week. The receptionist claimed that the morning employee called multiple times but my phone kept going to voicemail. She then said the employee also texted me from her personal phone and asked if I received the text. I did not receive any calls or texts. I had full bars all day, my phone was on me and on loud. The girl and I confirmed over the phone they indeed have the correct number. Additionally, I received their initial appointment confirmation text. If someone really did call in the morning, I do not understand why they wouldn't do me the courtesy in leaving a voicemessage informing me of the cancellation or try again in the evening instead of waiting for me to drive +15 minutes for my appointment. I was really excited to try this salon because of the online reviews, but the customer service, unfortunately, has turned me off from making any future appointments.
