This was the 2nd try with them. They braid too tight even when you tell them not to. I mentioned it was too tight and started moving the rubber band myself so she knew I wasnâ€™t joking and didnâ€™t want them too tight. I had to take my hair down for the second time after 2 days. I will never go back here again. They always tell you one price over the phone then when you get there try to up the price. I let her know I only brought what she told me and was not getting more so either do what she said or I could leave. I will never go back here. They are losing business because other people know how to do these styles better and not as tight which is a plus. My head had bumps in it. Not ever again.

Never again ask for med box braids, sadly disappointed they were not, they used to much hair, they braid tight as hell my scalp hurt for a whole week and I have scabs smdh.they were unprofessional, the environment was ok but cold as hell in there and to top it off it took them 6 hr to complete my hair. Sincerely Unhappy customer

Okay so when I walked in.....the place smelled like mold. It was filthy, I should have left right away but I needed braids and had no backup plan... think I was traveling soon or something. AS if being disgusting wasn't enough. They promised me two women to braid. I got one most of the time. I was there for hours. The woman (who might be the owner) was supposed to help. She seemed lazy. They had a back room. It looked like someone lives there. Also smelly and dirty. If u live there clean up!!!! Don't be a slob!! I'm preggers so I needed the bathroom....big misteak. Disgusting. Then - no card machine!!! I'm like are u kidding me? Why didn't u say so on the phone? I called for an appointment to ensure I didn't wait. They could have said something. Then they wouldn't finish my hair until I got them cash. Then they asked me to go to a gas station to get cash and said would u like to leave your stuff here? As If I wouldn't pay them!! I'm not the one living in a storage closet. I was highly offended, disgusted and I will never go there again.

I took my daughter there less than two weeks ago. They were able to take her in at the last minute. About 1/3 of her braids have come out. I have called them several times and left a text message and they won't answer their phone. To me, this is not good business and they should fix the situation. I never complain about businesses. I just don't go back but I am going to complain this time. I owned a nail salon for several years at one time. You should take care of your customers. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!
