Disappointed

I been going too Samira African Hair Braiding for over 10 years located in Westland mi on ford and Wayne! I went there April 19th to get my hair braided and I took my braids out last night! I went too wash my hair this morning and so much of my hair came out (like adnormal amount) I called them too tell them…not asking for nothing just too inform them that when she did my hair it was too tight and I lost some hair do u know this lady had the nerve too act like it was my fault like I did something 😡😡😡 mam I been coming to you guys for years and never had a problem! The Lady wouldn’t even apologize or nothing smh and I thought being a loyal consistent customer meant something. I went away for 3 years and came back still going too they asses but I guess that don’t mean shit…I’m very disappointed cause I loved that place and I have sent so many of my friends there😩😩😞 not tripping on the hair because hair grows it’s just the way they treated me I never really expected that 😞😡 #realreviews

I needed a quick hairdo and I had cut all my hair off. Starting over. They were able to braid it and I was totally satisfied.

My daughter called the police on them they did regular box braids when she asked for knotless and when she asked them to fix it they got mad and accused her of not having money when she showed them the money they argued her down til my daughter called the police. The police made her pay but also made them finished. DONT GO HERE

They do not honor appointment times. I made an appointment for my daughter several days in advance for 9:30a, when I arrived I was told to come back at 4p. I definitely will not be returning to this establishment.

She told me one price then tried to charge me another I asked for two layers she gave me individuals in the back. Will never go back to her again. If I could give 0 I would

I went to Samira's for feed in braids at top with Box braids in the back. If you want overpriced BASIC braids this is your place. I had the braids for 2 days and they lifted completely from my scalp. When I reached out to have the 2 braids redone the lady would not redo the braids but rather sewed them with weaving thread to the other braids. Needless to say before 7 days had passed more lifted, I have taken braids down. A waste of $180.
