Everyone at the salon is so kind, courteous and professional (without the typical salon-small-talk-meowing that I find rather annoying). The atmosphere is amazing, it's easy to forget you are in New York - so beautiful, peaceful and clean - it reminded me of Europe. I noticed that the light is more forgiving than in most salons: even after a long day I liked my reflection. I can't wait to come back. Please keep it up, raise the bar high! I'm glad I discovered 14Jay!

It took me two years to walk into this salon in my neighborhood and I’m so so glad I finally did. Everyone handling the phones and entrance are wonderful. The space is inviting and comfortable. I got a hand rub, head rub and delicious tea with my haircut and blowout. Morgan was very thoughtful with her design and execution. She even taught me how to blow out my own hair and it works at home! On that note, the blowout is included with the cut at very acceptable prices. Can’t wait for my color consult next week.

FOURTEENJAY is my go-to salon in NYC. David does an amazing job with color and truly wants to make it the healthiest it can be. Morgan consistently creates wonderful cuts with lots of texture and movement. The salon is calming and their customer service is outstanding.
