I have been going to get my nails done at Beauty Essentials for over 17 years and I couldn't be happier with the service she provides. I felt compelled to write a review and respond to Valerie's post. I feel sorry for people like yourself that have nothing better to do than to give a shitty review of a business. This seems to be something you take a lot of pride in doing on more than one platform. Perhaps you should start looking in the mirror. If the service and quality were so bad, why did you make a second appointment? Beauty Essentials is better off not having YOU as a customer!
