This salon was my worst hair experience that I’ve ever encountered. When I show people my hair they can not believe how I was treated from Three small rooms management. This salon is supposed to be high end, however it is not at all what they portray themselves to be. My hair is a disaster and now after ruining my hair with highlights that bled and then trying to fix and making them look even worse like a leopard. I was blamed for my hair that it was because of my hair that my highlights bled during their process which everyone knows that is only the studio fault and could have easily been fixed at the sink. Regardless a customer should never be made to feel this way ever. My cost was $550 and my hair is in a state. The unprofessional Management Staff chose to ignore my emails with pictures of my hair which is extremely arrogant. The front desk staff has never been friendly when paying for any of my expensive services. When I went to have it fixed it was even worse !
