Hygiene & communication
I've been a happy customer since moving to Guelph 2 years ago but yesterday when I requested a simple polish change I was also given a manicure. I paid since that was the service received and it was adequate. However today I went back for a repair (staff was sweet) and suggested that nail hygiene was important for a manicurist. Thuy (or Truy?) had had thick lines of black dirt under her nails and traces of old polish on her nails. I had difficulty communicating my point due to the language barrier and the staff turned away so I left.
