Had my hair done last week. My skin around the face, as well as my ears are colored so badly that I cannot get the color off my skin. Very unpleasant experience today. After notifying the owner, Not only that they do not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they are rude and ignorant. According to the salon owner, they colored my skin because I have too much grey hair. I am adding the photos for reference (I do not have hair on my ears) nor my face. All that mess for a great price of $446.35. Beware awful service at a very high price.
