I used the service back before the pandemic caused the lockdowns and had a great experience with my stylist. I have been trying to book an appointment with them and it has been difficult, as everyone knows, everyone is trying to get in for hair appointments. My appointment was scheduled today for 1:30 and unfortunately my car engine has a problem rendering the car unsafe to drive. I tried to call several times - no one answers the phone. As a single mom, I rely on taking my son to daycare to do these things - society sent an email the day before my session and said "please come alone". So, as my son's daycare is on the other side of the city, I am unable to take him, seeing as how my car is unsafe to drive. As I was unable to get a hold of them by phone, I sent an email stating the situation. I was offered a spot on another day and took it- then I was sent another email by the salon owner, Stefania, that it was unfortunate I was unable to make it and they had to turn away other clients
