Very disappointing. The stylist seemed to be listening to me as I explained what I wanted and I even bought a photograph of a collar length curly bob to illustrate what I was expecting (of course, without the assumption that I would look anything like the model in the picture) yet my shoulder length curly hair was reduced to a short curly mullet. I looked ridiculous! The stylist would not cut the mullet part off as I asked and suggested I come back another day to have that done if I was not happy. I used kitchen shears to cut it off when I got home.
