I had the worst experience at this salon. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Faten is racist, rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. She told me it would be $55 for a color, it also states the price for a color by the register. After they did my daughters hair, when I went to pay, they said it was $110. Seriously, you said it was $55 before she sat in the chair, your price chart also says $55, nothing extra was done and you decide to charge me literally double. I sensed she was racist as I was waiting for my daughter to get her hair done. She has the vibe about her. That is so unethical. How do you quote a price and it’s in writing, then double it after services have been rendered. I have never had such a horrible experience and will never go back again.
