I love everything about this place. Alice and Ling are the nicest and most down to earth people I've ever met. They will go above and beyond, they do exactly what you want, and it's like you're hanging out with friends when you get pampered. I had a horrible experience at another nail place (I was out of town, decided to give it a try), I called Alice for an immediate rescue. She teased me for going somewhere else then told me to come in. She and Ling fixed it, and even stayed until 9:30 pm to finish. This kind of genuine care for customers and amazing expertise and customer service is why I will always come back. It's also very clean, organized, and pretty inside
