I was charged $250 for a partial. To be fair, the partial looks nice. To be real, that is a stupid amount of money for a few highlights. In the past I have paid between $90 and $120 for a partial everywhere else. When I scheduled this appointment, no one told me that I would not only be paying for my partial but an "all-inclusive experience" with botanicals, a haircut and "the stylist's time." Funny, I thought I was always paying for the stylist's time. And, when I asked the stylist during my session if she thought I needed a haircut, she said no. So, in the end, I was charged 250% of what I would normally pay for services I didn't get. My husband even bought me a $130 gift card to treat myself to this and I brought in $25 to tip. In the end, $155 wasn't even close to getting me a partial highlight. And, when I called to speak to the manager, she refused to talk to me. Cool. Thanks Zandi K.
