Called David Rifenbury, who is the self proclaimed "color specialist" with 30 years experience PLUS emphasized his Aveda color school experience and color teaching experience. Spoke to him multiple times about what I wanted for my hair BEFORE I even booked with him. He assured me that he knew what he was doing, which I didnt question, as I am not the expert. But please let these pictures do the talking. You will see my completed hair color that David did (with all of the demarcation lines, the discoloring AND the terrible haircut) as well as the photo of what I was going for (which I sent to him PRIOR to my appt -- and the video of this hairdo WITH instructions). As you can see, I did not get what I requested. I am so disappointed that I went to another specialist who said that my hair is basically wrecked and recommended that I ask for a refund, which I did. So you will see his response to me also in the pics. BUYER BEWARE.
