I was very angry today when I brought my son in for a haircut. He had to wait over an hour and watch as everyone else who came in after him went before him. He had checked in on the app and his wait time kept extending on the app timer. We finally found out that they didn't sign him in upon arrival. Not a good experience and a complete disrespect of our time.
