I had an inspiration photo and came out with dark hair with raspberry red highlights. They were so bad I had to go to another stylist to fix my hair. I asked Cynthia for a refund and was refused. I paid $160 and it looked horrible and nothing like my picture or any of the colors discussed. Use caution. Poor customer service.
