The Dominican Barber Shop & Hair Salon Latin America is the WORST salon EVER! I think the reviews are a SCAM. when I walked in the girl told me $95 for a set and rinse. Most Dominican salons charge about $50 for that service. She ran out of the salon and told me $75 which was still too much. She put the rinse in without cotton around my head. The black rinse was running down my neck/face. I asked her to clean it and she didn't care. I asked her where's the cotton, she just said it will be ok. I heard another customer complaining about $65. She explained to that customer the price is based on the length. My hair doesn't reach my shoulder but that customer had hair down her back. I asked why I had to pay $75. She told me because of the rinse. Rinse was around my face/ears. After blow drying my hair, no flat ironing. $75 was for the rinse/blow dry. More MONEY FOR STYLING. All night to get the rinse off my ears/face. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE STATE BOARD TODAY!
