This shop is unprofessional and I asked for a certain style on Monday the 5th 2021 and today is Wednesday and why is my braids sliding so I called back and said I’m not sasisfied with my braids can I get my money bck Sophia kindly told me no so I’m like can y’all accommodate me and give me half of my money bck at least she not she wasn’t giving me nothing bck and I cash app her $188 so today she said I can pay $30 for a new style I said I just gave you $188 Monday so I will never go back there again I will not recommend no one to go there and it’s nasty 🤮 in there and those nasty ass couch and they don’t wear masks
