I can't speak for all of the stylists at this salon, but I am a licensed professional of 30+years and the care that my sister received from Monica Cherry at this salon is awful. Her hair is now severely damaged due to this greedy stylist who took advantage of my sister as a blind woman and had her getting a jeri curl/wave every month and every professional knows a curl is done every 2-3months depending on the hair texture and growth. Instead of recommending that she come at a later date or offer conditioning for her, she chemically processed her hair again and it was for sure noticeably damaged already. Now she's loosing hair and has lost hair due to a neglectful, greedy stylist who refused to own up to her mistake. If this chemical service isn't something you know how to do or maintain you shouldn't do it. Especially at the expense of the client to pad your own pocket.
