Zero Proffesionalism from Tess,after Rochelle butchered My Girlfriends hair,and completely screwed up the dye job and FRIED Her hair.Very untrustworthy and rushed,almost like a 10 year old with dull scissors performed the job.Literally has Her tears as Her hair is and ALWAYS has been Her Pride.DO NOT GO HERE!Terrible is a rating,Hair Lounge shouldn't even rate.Sad times indeed,and Tess backs Her horrendous Employees crap work.
