Miserable experience. Pat's Hair World is a disaster if you expect a stylist who actually listens. Pat cannot handle any constructive critism or direction. When you speak up and let her know what is not working for you, she gets defensive and hostile, putting her ego above the paying client. Such an unprofessional vibe of the salon. Other stylist bicker over minor things like towels and accuse others of stealing their color supplies. Between Pat's ego and the unprofessional, chaotic vibe of the salon, save your money and go somewhere else.
