March 14 2023 Alicia did a double toner on my hair and totally ruined it.I use purple shampoo and purple conditioner on it and it is still orange.A lot of it is breaking off and very damaged.I feel like I have been screwed.she told me that maybe she wasn’t for me and blocked me. I want something done about this in a nice way. I did nothing wrong to her.she just didn’t listen to what I wanted her to do.
