I had started going to Heidi in 2018. I loved her as a stylist. She did exceptional work. She did however, over book and put me with a former collogue from The Bob Shop whom was known for throwing temper tantrums when she obliviously didn't do the work that she was hired to do. Which in my case follow a formula for hair dye that Heidi left. I went in with beautiful copper color hair and came out with dark purple hair that I did not ask for! Then recently came back in to town, and thought I would re-book with them again. Heidi's prices went up from 59.00 to 75.00 a cut. So the receptionist put me with Jess. One whom is not an independent contractor she is an employee of the Salon, and therefore the owner is responsible for all things that go wrong! The last stylist she did the same as Jess, not follow instructions or the photo and the staff didn't tell her I was being comped. Amy tsk tsk!
