I went to Fringe to get my light copper roots touched up and went home instead with dark burgundy hair. The stylist told me she decided not to do what we agreed on because she thought my roots were too dark. I had expressed concern when I saw the dye, which was a purplish color, but even then, she didn't tell me she had decided to dye my hair burgundy instead of matching the former color. She just went ahead and did it. The stylist offered me highlights ($150) to help "blend" the colors. I stupidly agreed to the highlights, which ended up giving me red and yellow striped hair. The highlights also started about 2 inches from my scalp, so I still had red roots, followed by the stripes. I looked like an idiot, even with my hair pulled back, thanks to those inept "highlights." When I called to complain, the stylist told me that, "bleach is unpredictable" and offered to do another procedure. ARE YOU CRAZY? No thank you!
