Had an appointment early afternoon (1:30pm) on a Saturday Mid-July at Salon Beyond. It was with Christine for a Color, Cut, & Style. When I got there she complained of the knots in my hair. I am not sure how I had knots, as I do not use product. I have since changed my Shampoo & Conditioner. She had only dedicated 30 minutes to do a Color, Cut, & Style, and it takes a lot longer on a normal basis. After waiting until she finished another client, she colored, washed, and cut my hair. She kept saying, it is a Saturday and it is busy, can you come back. No- I couldn't as I wanted to get rid of my grays, before going on vacation. I used to see Diane who was wonderful and she was ready to give me Diane's information. Crazy- I have never had such an uncomfortable experience at a salon in my life, and I still left with wet hair.
