I went to Dama Bella Salon Contour Balayage with Valeria. After I showed a picture to Valeria, she told me she can do the contour Balayage on my hair without a problem. The first time she tried, after bleaching my hair and putting the hair color, the color came out looking yellowish. Then instead of her using a color removal or used another hair color, she added more bleach to my hair even though I told her I didn’t care for more bleach because I didn’t wanted for my hair to fry. After she dissapered for over 30 mins and finally she remembered I was there, I asked her to wash my hair and remove the bleach because I was so afraid my hair was going to fry. Valeria refused to remove the bleach so I basically had to get up from my chair and walked to the area to wash my hair. After she finally removed the bleach so much of my hair was falling off. The damage she did to my hair is irreversible and the owner refuses to give me my $190 back
