I called last minute for a haircut and Carmen had a cancellation and said Come on now! My hair was very damaged, uneven, and to my waist. Covid confinement dead hair 😆 I ended up getting these wonderful highlights, too ! Carmen worked me in her schedule , and now it’s healthy and evenly cut and multicolored.
