if there's something less than 1 I would do! I had a horrible haircut with Ashley I looked like someone did a haircut with a knife for me. it's a horrible experience Im crying all day because of them and when I sent them email they said that it's not there bad and that they can't do a refund. they blamed me of having a prev experience with a hair straightening and then stopped replying on my emails. I did submit a complaint at the consumer rights and I'll never forgive them.
