I had good experiences here with my first child but stopped going because it was getting pricey. About a month ago, when my 2nd child was ready for haircuts, he was becoming too fussy so I figured try and take him back to Hairdo Zoo. The experience was horrible. The person that was cutting my 1st child was no longer there and I understand that people move on, but the lady that cut my son's hair left it uneven, patchy and a mess. The hairdresser was condescending and her "happy polite voice" comes across as fake. Never going back!
