Michelle has been doing my hair for years and years ... and that's not an easy job! I've got naturally curly hair so when it comes time to blow-dry, she uses all her strength to get it nice and smooth and straight -- she does a STELLAR job every time! She is very friendly and has an amazing memory ... always asking about this person or that person in my life ... it's such a nice touch to the whole experience.
