Went I with blonde hair looking for a root touch up and left looking like my hair was dipped by a 2 year old in a can of black and rust paint . I have cried myself to sleep for 2 nights and booked a hotel room downtown Vancouver to try to find a proffesional to fix this botched job that I paid 360 cad for . I am beyond devasted
