I made an appointment for my two girls May 28, 2021. One was graduating June 2, 2021 and I wanted her to have kinky twists. I brought the hair for both girls. From that Saturday to Monday 3 and then 4 twists came right out! I contacted the owner by text. She sent a preset text "Sorry, I will call you back" that was yesterday Memorial Day, still no call nor text, that's why I am giving this review. Unprofessional. $160.00, not one twist should have come out so soon. Graduation is tomorrow! I told her this while I was in the shop. She really didn't have any conversation with us, she called every African-speaking person that would answer. I am taking her number out of my phone ASAP! I give her 3 stars for my other girl's feed-in corn rows 4 corn rows for $60 dollars.
