I visited shampooh’s a couple months ago and I am so disappointed in how they handled my experience. I asked for subtle highlights and I got yellow highlights which was not what I wanted so I asked them to fix it and the owner was so rude about it making me feel like I had no other choice to put up w what I got and then had to charge me extra for fixing it. If u ever go here I strongly recommend getting another stylist who isn’t the owner
