I went in a year ago and got a great haircut. I went in a few days ago with the same picture to the same hairdresser requesting to only lose an inch of my midback length hair. I asked repeatedly. The hairdresser did what she wanted and cut it off in a awful short shoulder length cut. When I said she cut too much she got an attitude and said she disagreed. She did what she wanted, not what I requested. I hate the short ugly cut I got, not what I wanted and I am never going back again. It is going to take years to grow it out again. I am really upset about it.
