I arrived at 4:30 for a wash and simple braid up of my natural hair. It took 3 hours for her to have an assistant do my hair because she kept stopping her mid service to tend to other clients. Not only did she give me a quote of $35 for service THREE TIMES but at time of payment she charged me $65. I get it things are tough and prices are rising so I paid without contesting but what took the cake is she offered to cut the lace of my $300 wig off and completely ruined the wig by cutting into the hairline to where it is unwearable. I contacted her the following day to see if she would be able to fix it seeing as she sells weave and the damaged part was a frontal piece but all she said was sorry I didn't do that and BLOCKED MY NUMBER. This is totally unprofessional especially when she hit me with the find "somewhere cheaper " like money isn't the problem here, the service is!! If you like quality treatment from a quality stylist AVOID this salon. Complete scam artist!!
