Below is the review I wrote previously about this place. ( edi is still amazing) unfortunately the past 2 times now when booking my color they have booked me incorrectly. When booking I am very specific and tell them my appointments take about 3-5 hours because of what I want done plus how much hair I have. The past 2 times they have booked it wrong and I have been told they can't do it. The person who booked you is new..... there's no one to fix it and I'm basically told it is what it is. If I don't show up for my appointment I get charged 50% of what the bill is..... when they mess up they do nothing to make it right. I planned today because of an event tonight. I booked this appointment a month out and re confirmed it going over exactly what I was getting and still they messed it up . I tried giving them a second chance because I do love the stylists unfortunately they can't get there crap together and they don't care if they mess up . Edi is amazing, I've been seeing her for years .
