I just had my hair hacked at Beach Breaks. They shaved the sides of my head without asking. It took the stylist under 10 minutes to butcher my hair. I told the manager I wasn't happy and it was under ten minutes and the manager said that's normal for Beach Breaks for a scissors cut. I could go on and on but it's just horrible. The only way I can make sense of how she cut my hair is that they hired someone young, inexperienced, with little training, and told them to do a haircut in under ten minutes. It's just horrible. My experience is congruent with the negative reviews we'll see in other places.
