I made an appointment for a cut. I arrived and signed in about ten minutes for scheduled appointment. I was sitting waiting and it was about five minutes before the time I was scheduled for. A lady walked in and hairdresser asked if she had an appointment and she said “no”. They talked a few minutes and hairdresser told her she would cut her hair. As I was sitting there waiting I thought I should leave, but didn’t. After she finished with her hair the hairdresser called my name (I was the only one sitting waiting). I always try to get to my appointments five or ten minutes early and feel this is not the way to be treated. My time as important as the next and if you make an appointment it should be honored
