Patricia H. is an unprofessional, immature, and vindictive business owner. She recently posted an up-close full face picture of a client who posted a negative review here on Yelp on social media/Instagram (without this client's permission) to publicly slander and harass this client for disagreeing with her over fees charged. In her desire to get revenge against this client, she posted that she was willing to offer to share this client's personal details in addition to her name and face, potentially putting this client's personal safety at risk. Not only is this highly unprofessional, unethical and unwise behavior for a business owner, it is retaliatory and illegal. Please think twice about interacting with this business as any personal info or images they have or gain in the process may be used against you should you find yourself in a disagreement with them.
