Poor service; waste of money
I booked over 4 weeks in advance for a cut and colour with Donna; 48 hours before my appointment, it was cancelled. I was offered no alternative appointment. After three further phone calls and talking to the manager, I was offered a cut with Sarah, but not a colour. I asked Sarah to follow the previous cut. She didn't and my hair lost all its curls. I found another hairdresser 2 weeks later to shorten the layers and the curl improved. I asked Sarah for a product recommendation. It was expensive and I tried it but it didn't work with my hair. I emailed the salon twice asking for my money back and did not answer my emails.
